The red sandstone rocks of Alsace, just north of the Swiss border, are unknown jewels. Vertical and with plenty of holes, they allow an athletic and aesthetic climbing. This trip is a “must” if you climb 5a (or more) indoors! In the evening, taste the delicious local wines and dishes.

We were in awe at these closeby conglomerate and tuf rocks which resemble Margalef in Spain and Smith Rock in the USA. Increase your repertoire of mouvements on the 5th (and 6th) degree on these stunning rocks and enjoy a delicious fondue in the evening!
